The teacher training session began with a warm welcome from the respected Founder Principal, Mr. Nawaraj Baskota. and Board of Director, Mr. Sunil Kumar Gharti.
The highlight of the day was an insightful and interactive session on Advanced Pedagogy, focusing on the TWE Model and its practical applications. The session also included a comprehensive introduction to ING and Kavya, along with key features of MySecondTeacher (MST) for effective classroom and school management.
Ms. Medha Bhattarai (Head of MySecondTeacher and Academic Head, +2) and Ms. Nisha Giri (VP, +2), along with the MST and Kavya team, led the session. They emphasized the role of emotional intelligence in teaching and the power of cutting-edge educational technology in nurturing the next generation of smart learners.
